At Ryan Automotive Group, the health, safety, and well-being of our guests, team members, and the communities we serve are our top priorities as we face the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. We are closely following the latest guidance from the CDC, WHO, local governments and public health agencies and are prepared to navigate these challenging circumstances with everyone’s safety in mind.
We have already implemented plans designed to protect our guests and team members and to help ensure our stores remain open for the convenience of our guests and their daily needs. We have enhanced our already comprehensive cleaning and sanitation processes, and continued emphasis on proper personal hygiene, including more frequent hand washing and the proper use of hand sanitizer.
In the event that you do not feel comfortable visiting the dealership, we have instigated the following measures to address your concerns.
Our Sales teams would be happy to assist you with your vehicle purchasing needs and inquiries via text, video, phone call and e-mail. If you choose, we can arrange for a Salesperson to come to your home or place of business and review a vehicle. In addition, we will be happy to deliver your new vehicle directly to you if requested.
Our Service teams would like to offer the option of picking up your vehicle and re-delivering it back to you at your home or place of business. At present, due to staffing levels, we are limiting this service to within 10 miles of our dealerships and between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. We would ask that our service guests please call in advance and schedule an appointment for this service.
